      - Plan, organise, schedule and facilitate at careers events, procure external training and liaise with finance regarding budgets and payments.- Arrange and deliver careers advice appointments, monitor attendance and associated records. Use of Excel, analysis of interview results, emailing tutors and meeting parents and carers. Managing challenging conversations with parents and tutors regarding future plans of students and student’s achievements.- Interviewing students, giving information, advice and guidance whilst adhering to strict legislative requirements.
