      Managed the operation of the Navy’s Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower and Carrier Air Traffic Control Center (CATCC) training simulators at the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC). Managed and supervised 27 Navy and Marine Corps instructors in the training of over 800 students annually.As the training branch manager, I tracked, trained, and qualified 35 Air Traffic Control staff at Naval Auxiliary Landing Field, San Clemente on over 250 professional qualifications and 44% advancement rate by utilizing On-the-Job training, lectures, publications, and radar simulators. Designed and implemented a Command Mentor Program with 16 mentors and 31 protégés.As Assistant Departmental 3M Coordinator, I directed and oversaw the maintenance of 17 work centers, with zero maintenance discrepancies during Operation Iraqi Freedom and throughout the decommissioning of the USS Constellation. Managed 350 sailors from multiple divisions and departments in the staffing of over 60 rotating work stations on USS Constellation during a very high personnel turn over time of decommissioning the ship. Managed 14 personnel in 2 different work centers during high tempo operation (OPTEMPO) in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Southern Watch.
