  As the Head of Design I built an incredible research focused design team dedicated to making mental health care referrals easy and available, particularly for patients with chronic physical diseases. The team designed and iterated on applications with modes for both Primary Care Physicians making referrals, and therapists providing mental health care. We did this through creation of an individualized care teams for each patient and facilitating the secure sharing of information between providers results in better health outcomes. Show less
