  As a Jewish Agency Shlicha, I was part of the professional leadership and reopen the position of Israel Fellow in Hillel at Binghamton.I took an active part of building a strong and meaningful student community on campus, to be home away from home for the students. As a whole create a meaningful experience for students.I served as a consultant and leading team of students and interns in pro-Israel groups on campus, create and maintain collaborations with different student groups on campus and organizations as StandwithUs, Hasbara, ICC, AIPAC, IAC and more.creating personal connections with students, extending student engagement to strengthen their Jewish identity and connection to Israel. Planning and producing events, budget management and fundraising. The highlights of the year was working with students on the largest student run event on campus-Yom Ha’atzmaut, more than 1,000 people (students and local community) participate in the event that involved entertainment, food, cultural experiences that dedicated to Israel.Bearcats For Israel, Hillel at Binghamton's Israel student group, hosted its first ever leadership reception dinner. More than 50 students organizations were represented and the Binghamton Mayor and University President were among the nearly 100 attendees. The event garnered local media attention as well.In addition, I recruited and led Birthright trips. we held a successful Birthright Shabbat reunion with 30 participants who travelled in from as far as Wisconsin and Kansas to be together. Participants reminisced about their trip and shared programs they plan to hold on their campuses. I was a source of knowledge and support for the students who wanted to study in Israel, Onward internships ,post collage programs and more. the number of students who participant in various programs has increased.I participated and represented Hillel at Binghamton and the Jewish Agency in a variety of conferences.
