  Plan and implement Reunion Weekend, GOLD (graduates of the last dacade) Program Events, and manage relationships with the College’s vast alumnae volunteer network. Implemented GOLD by collaboratively working with the Bryn Mawr fund to plan events and gift challenges and raised the cohort’s participation in annual giving to over 30%. Recognized for setting the attendance record Reunion weekend. Welcomed back over 1,100 alumnae which was a 10% increase from previous years.  Created Women in Business program to address the need for career based affinity programming. Planned up to six regional events a year to engage leading alumnae and aspiring students. Recruited to support senior level events featuring the President of the college around the country.   In a fast changing landscape, now more than ever teams want to learn how to collaboratively create shared experiences. They want to have fun by consciously designing for behaviour change using proven methodologies. The Event Design Methodology using the #EventCanvas℠ brings teams in a state of play to design. A user recently described the #EventCanvas as “a super helpful analogue system to track the past, organise the present + plan for the future”. According to the founders of the Event Design Collective, it’s now time to democratize design. We are driven to enable everyone to use this collaborative team approach to create events that consciously change our world in the desired direction of change. My role is to support the mission of the Event Design Collective in the US and it's partners worldwide. My passion is expanding the EDC YP - Event Design Certificate Young Professionals Program and growing our community of Event Designers using the #EventCanvas across the 🌎 Show less
