This included development of a conceptual layout/design, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and construction schedule to support the project through the capital approvals process. Provided project support for quality management, procurement, and program management to ensure the project was delivered within time and budget constraints. Prepared information for the project flood insurance claim.
