Key elements: - Coordination of crews to efficiently and safely undertake works within the specified timeframe. - Assessment and prioritization of the regions' roads to include in the program. - Quality management. This included development of a conceptual layout/design, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and construction schedule to support the project through the capital approvals process.
