      World Vision is the world's largest NGO providing relief, development and advocacy for children living in poverty. Vision Generation (VGen) is the youth initiative of the World Vision Australia.Highlights of my role:— Establishing VGen chapters across all university campuses in Western Australia and grew the membership base from 0 to 300+ members in less than 12 months.— Designing and delivering VGen's #EndChildLabour hackathon in Australia, a three-day design sprint event engaging youth to pursue innovative solutions to exploitation.— Leading the largest VGen charity fundraiser in Australia, raising funds for birthing kits to over 100 women in Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Somalia and Afghanistan.— Assisting in organising the World Vision Youth Conference attended by over 400 young people. — Representing Western Australia for the Australian Aid Leadership Summit in Sydney.       DrawHistory is a strategy and design partner for ambitious, purpose-driven leaders in the Asia-Pacific in search of progress. We’re on a mission to reimagine new futures for those who need tomorrow to be better than today. We've worked with 200+ purposeful brands such as UNICEF, Change.org, and the Australian Government. Part of our work includes "Undesign", a podcast on untangling today's big social issues. Guests have come from Bumble, The Ethics Centre, Wikipedia, Harvard Kennedy School, and UN Refugee Agency.As Chief Operations Officer, my main responsibility has been to steward our practice's hub of activity for enduring impact. This cuts through all facets of business strategy and operations, from growing key relationships with 200+ clients and leading a team and talent network of 30+ strategists, to role modelling DEI culture, enforcing good governance, and building our APAC expansion roadmap after driving an annual revenue growth of 1000% in 2021/22. I'm proud that some of this work has been powerfully enshrined in our agency achieving a 114.1 Impact Score as a Certified B Corp, one of the highest for an agency in Australia, through a rigorous audit and recertification process I led. This was done in conjunction with co-designing the implementation of a Sustainability Strategy using the UN SDG Compass Framework across hundreds of business data points.Focus areas of my work include:— Strategy and business design— People and culture management — Governance and process implementation— Facilitating strategy sprints and workshops — Supporting new business pitches and RFPs Show less

      United Nations Association of Australia has been established since 1946 to inform, inspire and engage the Australian community and leaders with the work, goals and values of the UN to create a safer, fairer and more sustainable world.Highlights of my role:— Providing strategic and operational assistance to our annual fundraising and awareness campaigns around Economic and Leadership Empowerment as well as Elimination of Violence against Women. — Coordinating the Gender Equality Awards at a UN Day Gala that gathered over 250 attendees. This gala was held at the Government House and opened by Her Excellency The Honourable Kerry Sanderson AC, Governor of Western Australia. Show less

      Perth College is a leading day and boarding K-12 school for girls, continuously placing among the Top 10 in school rankings in Western Australia. Perth College Foundation is its endowment fund that advances opportunities for girls through education. As an AICD-accredited Director and the Foundation's youngest ever elected Member, I help steward a corpus of over >$A20m to ensure the long-term security of our scholarship, projects and infrastructures.Highlights of my role:— Leading the cultivation strategy for our young old girls (18-30yo) in Gen Z and Millennial segments.— Growing our corpus by 30%+ to >A$15m during my tenure through co-designing our donor cultivation strategy, building appeals and annual giving initiatives. — Launching two additional Indigenous scholarships and a new rural scholarship offering.       Highlights of my role:— Executing a 12-month strategic roadmap to align the Perth Hub to global WEF priority areas.— Successfully leading micro-funding pitch evenings for community projects tackling WEF aligned areas of Climate Change, Equity and Inclusion, and Future of Work raising $A10k + and awareness to 2,000+ people. — Leading a team of 20+ community leaders to ideate and launch two new ventures during COVID in response to needs of the local community around digital divide amongst school-aged children and loneliness amongst older people.— Delivering a leadership offsite for 30+ Global Shapers from organisations such as INSEAD, Google, and IBM, inviting cross-regional speakers from Genoa, Hong Kong, and Lagos. Show less Global Shapers Community is the World Economic Forum’s network of emerging young leaders tasked to create initiatives that solve global social challenges. In my time as a Global Shaper in the Perth Hub, I've worn many hats and played different leadership roles -- serving as their Curator, Executive Advisor, and most recently Impact Lead to spearhead a significant youth consultation initiative "Awareness to Action", in partnership with WEF's Davos Lab, nonprofit Foundations for Tomorrow, and Aware Super, one of Australia's largest superannuation funds.
