  • In US PNA, we focus on portfolio performance evolution, performance attribution, performance measurement and performance analysis as per the GIPS standard.• Measuring the return performance of portfolios against the benchmarks set up by clients.• Provide portfolio performance & attribution reports to clients.• Calculating the return on pension funds on the basis of IRR and modified Dietz Return methodology. These include both time-weighted and money-weighted approaches to calculating returns. • Corporate action auditing like merger non-cash, exchange offer, spin-off, stock split, reverse stock split, bonus, rights issue, etc. on market value for portfolio performance measurement.• Calculation of investment performance at the security level and fund level on a daily and monthly basis across all asset classes (equity, fixed income, venture equity, derivatives, etc.)• Reconciliation of shares, cash, income, unrealized gain or loss, etc. to the portfolio for performance measurement.• responsible for sending the monthly and daily reports to the client with methodologies suggested by GIPS (Global Performance Investment Standard)• Verification of NAV (net asset value) provided by an accounting team.• Working with the accounting team on the process of auditing and reconciling multiple clients.• Identifying errors, ensuring root cause analysis is done to identify discrepancies, and taking appropriate action to resolve them. • Handling queries from clients as well as vendors via email and phone calls and providing a solution in no time delay, getting it completed.
