  Perform inspection of incoming product, material or items according to job order.Perform non destructive test or destructive test if require. Performing inspection according to procedure and specification (Standards). Rework or reject sub assemblies or finish product as require. Raise non-conformation report or payment reduction request in case of non conformity or deviation. Conduct Quality investigation for non conforming product and recommend corrective /preventive action (CAPA) plan.Evaluate problems and make initial recommendation report for possible corrective action. First piece inspection, Sampling inspection, 7QC tools implementation & applying where ever required, Root cause & counter measure for defective components. Conduct calibration of all measuring instruments, equipment. Carrying out destructive and non destructive testing according to QAP, PO, and Technical specification.Prepare maintain and review of QAP (Quality assurance plan) for every type of fabricated, machined and brought out item. Maintain T.C. data file of all product or item including dimension report, physical, chemical analysis report, and NDT report.Vendor assesment, ranking and analysis as per non conformity occur in a monthly and yearly basis.
