  Following on from my frontend position to a lead role involving regular calls with the CEO having twice weekly calls to discuss the project and how to move forward. For example to discuss the various pros and cons of several chat services which would work best for the company and application. Using Figma, Confluence and JIRA documents on to organise and plan the project, using the Agile/Scrum methodology. The project front end tech stack is Nextjs, Typescript, Tailwind, MUI, chartjs and the version control system is GitHub. Initially I was given the tasks of just creating the front end as required but have since been given more responsibility, such as re-writing the welcome documents for new team members, creating additional training for onboarding and team integration, given admin access to Vercel to take charge of version control and also code review before merging to main branch.
