This job taught me team building and inter-employee cooperation along with working to achieve goals individually and as a part of a team. Day-to-day functions included removing empty boxes, using the compactor, and helping customers with any needs.

  I work with others in a friendly environment to create the best service possible for patients. This job taught me to respond well to management and work with fellow employees to achieve a goal. A few of the many things I learned in this beneficial experience are to work on a deadline, work well as a team, and customer relations. Specific day-to-day functions include interactions with patients to provide care and retrieve any items they may need. I may also help around the kitchen with any other tasks that need to be completed including dishes, serving, and cleaning. Show less

  Volunteer

  I provide child care during services this involves shepherding children and teaching them according to a preplanned outline for that day. I also help with anything that may come up during intervals to allow for a pleasant worship experience for all attendees. This is a wonderful volunteer experience that allows for a feeling of community and teaches patience and how to work under pressure.
