I manage a team of people that researches gains/losses, customer shortage and overage claims, and our customers service level. I reconcile a general ledger account to control our inventory shrink to under .005% gain or loss each month. I am also a member of Senior Leadership, responsible to setting DC goals and executing a plan to achieve these goals.
