Sound knowledge on different materials used in process industry in high/low temperature, corrosive environments and experience with welding practices and inspection practices of these materials.- Reviewing Welding procedure specifications and Procedure Qualification Records and conducting welder qualification tests and performing Welding Inspections, witnessing heat treatments and interpreting NDT results as per the requirements. - Witness and validate Pneumatic Test, Valves Seat & Body Test, Vacuum box test, Leak test and Hydro-test of Piping, Auxiliary equipment, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Heaters.- Witness all tests on stationary equipment and associated piping/structures necessary to provide assurance of safety and reliability in service.- Conduct Final and Packing inspection where shipping drawings and specifications are checked before materials can be shipped and load out.
