Below I describe one of them.Secured Transport Phase 3 - This project was a request to ensure all Internet delivery service order downloads were secured, ensuring that only the requesting customer could access the data on download server and use it following transport. Secure Transport project involved changes in several applications within the Software Manufacturing portfolio.This was a global project involving resources from different geographies. I coordinated theteam members, client and other affected stakeholders to obtain consensus and agreementon SOW, Organization Breakdown Structure, condition of satisfaction, solution design andothers required documents.I also conducted meetings to explain the solution and address customer requirements.
