ŞtiPosition: Pet Flake Production and Maintenance EngineerWorks:• I had 45 persons in production• Prepared Multi Skills and raised 2 persons in the crushing lines as operator from unskilled workers by following and giving support them• Prepared TPM and made periodic maintenance for crushing, centrifuge machines and others• Divided PET bottle wastes according to their quality as A+ (0%< another material must < 1%), A (1%< another material <3%), and B (3%< another material) quality• After kept control the wastes and machines, increase the production capacity from 900 ton/month to 1.050 ton/month.• Followed the energy, purification, labor, and decreased unit cost of 1 kg final product and increased the final product quality.
