  Competencies:-Carries out crude oil sample analysis from a third party facility via the Forcados Riverine Manifold Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (FRM LACT) unit. To determine the water content, Specific gravity, density, and API in the total hydrocarbon produced daily by a third party. This operation is very important as it helps the Export Terminal on hydrocarbon allocation and accounting during and after export for reconciliation with third parties producers.-Carries out Wellhead performance monitoring to determine the productivity of individual wells in a particular field location. To achieve this, samples are taken monthly from all the wells in the field location to analyse for sand cut, water content, specific gravity, density, API and other parameters as required.-Analyses MER Wellhead samples ( Maximum Efficient Rate). This analysis results help in determining the maximum rate at which oil and gas can be produced daily without damaging the reservoir's natural energy.-Carries out analysis on waste disposal lines to determine the percentage of Oil and Grease contained in the water ready to be discharged into the sea.-Carries out analysis on Condensate and AGO samples.-Carries out quarterly sampling of GHG samples on Yokri Flow station and North Bank Flow station respectively. This operation helps in measuring carbon footprint, companies can identify their highest emission sources, which allows them to implement an emission reduction strategy and thus reduce their environmental impact.-Carries out tasks as assigned by Production Chemist Supervisor.-Understand and comply with company's policies on HSE, Ethics & Compliance, Lab analytical procedures and conduct.-Understand and use SHOC cards, MSDS and appropriate PPEs as required.-Conduct analysis in accordance with ISO 17025 quality system requirements, applicable procedures and report results within agreed TAT.-implement internal quality procedures.-Maintain good housekeeping Show less
