  - Your problem is my problem, until it's no problem - As Manager of Client Relations it was my absolute pleasure to provide ongoing one-on-one assistance to clients within Recap's three communities. On a daily basis I handled all client inquiries ranging from community updates, product availability and new promotions to account balances, legal documentation and directing correspondence with legal advisers. Aside from being client-facing, I managed all the accounts behind the scenes as well. Account management consisted of preparing and acquiring all necessary legal documentation, establishing a customized payment structure, pursuing collections and assisting with title transfers pertaining to the purchase and sale of a property, home, villa or condominium within our communities. As the in-house Accountant, I also managed the books for our 700 properties while taking care of daily duties pertaining to our office and staff. Show less - A dedicated consultant with a strong focus on customer service - As an Investment Consultant I worked to provide sales and consulting services to clients interested in the purchase of Caribbean real-estate investments. While facilitating all aspects of each transaction, my roster of duties was ever-challenging and required me to master the art of chameleon. Establishing a good rapport with clients, arranging individual and group presentations, and quickly crafting the right technique to secure the deal has become second nature. My organization skills were well-exercised through the creation and completion of all legal work, monitoring and coaching clients to fulfill monetary obligations, and ultimately building a Caribbean community of savvy investors, one phone call at a time. Show less - What will it take for you to read this? - When assisting with the marketing and advertising for our Caribbean communities, my role was to awaken creative genius and paint a mental picture worth at least $15,000 to our clients. Now, pretty pictures are, well, pretty - but are they enough to spark an interest deep enough to get a client on the phone, into a presentation and ultimately off their duff and to the bank? Sure! But only if everyone else is doing it! And so, it became my job to prove that YES, everyone else IS doing it - and they're loving it. Direct response, call-to-action, cross-media and database marketing campaigns were our tickets to growing our database from 600 registered leads to over 6,000 - without a single face-to-face before they registered. Creating original concepts, dissecting the successes of great industry leaders and writing enticing text for all of our websites, landing pages, promotional advertisements and mass emails was a responsibility I held in addition to being a full-time Investment Consultant. With an insight into our online successes (and of course, the odd failure) to learn from, I gained a far deeper understanding of the client mind which led me to much success within the company.
