  Keep track of the club’s physical property, such as banner, timing device and other meeting materials. Being an SAA required me to arrive early to prepare the meeting place and refreshments for members and stay late to stow all of the club’s equipment. I am also in charge of the meeting place itself, obtaining new rooms if necessary and maintaining contact with the people who allow us to use the room for our club meetings.

  In my role as Senior Executive, Human Capital at INCEIF University, I play a pivotal role in supporting both the strategic and operational objectives of the Human Capital department. I am responsible for spearheading capability-building initiatives, managing comprehensive employee engagement programs, and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and regulatory compliance.Additionally, I oversee the maintenance and optimization of HRIS data management systems, streamline training and development efforts, and actively contribute to the formulation and execution of human capital strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals.With a strong focus on fostering a positive organizational culture, I collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement HR best practices, enhance employee satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across all human capital processes.Transitioning from the financial institution to the education industry has offered a unique opportunity to apply my HR expertise in a mission-driven environment, focusing on long-term growth, innovation, and the development of future leaders.
