  I managed the build and monthly maintenance of D2C e-commerce solutions built primarily on Magento and Shopify, for such brands as: Thule, Le Coq Sportif and Hamleys Toys.I assessed user needs and worked one-on-one with business owners to write up scope of works that aligned expectations with all stakeholders. I was the go-to liaison for clients and co-ordinated both in-house and third-party developers in different parts of the world. I used a combination of waterfall and agile methods and was scrum master for a close-knit team of frontend and backend developers, UX/UI designers, content managers and data. Worked closely with SEO specialists to optimise site structure and co-ordinated with digital marketing experts to ensure campaigns were optimised.
