  TLIP Solutions is the banking Application developed for JP Morgan. This Application was developed using J2EE as a front end, Oracle and Proc as a backend. It is integration of 3 modules like TIDE, LIQUIDITY and PORTAL. TIDE module caters to a wide spectrum of time deposit types and operational requirements of the bank. System apart from traditional plain vanilla deposits handles new generation of deposits like unitized deposits and call deposits. There are five major components such as Transactions: This is used for booking the deposits and performing necessitate operations during its life cycle such as redemption, modification, cancellation, assignment, online maturity, third party withdrawal/booking.Parameters: This is used for maintaining parameters used for deposits booking and also for the maintenance of deposit life cycle.EOD/BOD: End of Day/Beginning of day jobs performs daily accruals, maturity, application and rollover of the deposits. It also takes care of holidays/adhoc holidays, clearing rate waiting queues, de assigning the deposits etc.Interface: Component used to provide required file/information to the external system.Reports: Advices/Reports generated provide client/operation team/ audit team with comprehensive reports to aid in tracking of transactions and reconciliation.Role: 1.
