Being the first person on the ground with a role in Digital with no precedent lend on, I initialed the 4C’s roadmap- Channels, Customer’s data, Content and Change management to better align global and local expectation.At the same time China being a very sale centric organization, FF augmentation is key as an important component for change management, allowing customer facing colleagues and leaders to better understand how digital could play a role in the go to market model.
