      As an Instructor:Taught Theory of Track and Field, Varsity track and field and Track and Field Training to a student base of 40 individuals. Responsible for planning and implementing lectures, facilitating class discussions, disseminating homework assignments, grading paperwork, proctoring both mid-term and final exams, and issuing final grades to the administrationAs a track and field coach, responsible for:Creating and implementing effective and diverse workouts for a variety of athletes. Provide programming for most of the speed power events. During my tenure have coached distance, mid-distance, jump, sprints/ hurdles, multis, and jump groups. Constructively supervising 20-50 person practice squadsSpecializing in the speed power events- Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps and Multi events. Producing Conference Champions in all events from 100-800, both hurdles, Javelin, Long Jump, Tripple Jump and High Jump. Have coached 7 individual state champions Heptathlon x 2, Mens Long Jump, Mens Tripple Jump, Womens Javelin, Mens 110h x 2 and 24 California Community College All-American performances.The current top ten list at butte college includes 73 mens and 68 womens performances that I have coached.       Supervisor Juvenile Hall Counselor

      Supervisor Juvenile Hall Counselor:-Currently working with a Transitional Age Youth Pilot program attempting to divert first time felons between the ages of 18-21 from being placed on probation or being committed to prison. Began in the development of this program and continue with the implementation.- Developed and supervised the Camp Condor program in Juvenile Hall.       2017 North Region Supervisor of the Year Chief Probation Officers Of California Apr 2018 Was recognized for Critical Incident Leadership for being part of a team that had to evacuate Butte County Juvenile Hall during the Oroville Dam Natural disaster.

      Presenter at the 2018 At-Risk Youth National Forum National At Risk Feb 2018 I was part of a team that spoke at the National At-RIsk Youth Convention. Our group presented the work we were doing with the Butte County Camp Condor. The previous year our team Butte County Probation and the Butte County Alliance for Workforce Development helped the youth in the camp gain employment. This provided over 250k to the local economy.

      2009 Emerging Elite Coaching Clinic USATF Jul 2009 I was selected to attend the Emerging Elite Coaching Clinic hosted by USATF. The attendees were selected and spent a week at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista California. While there we were instructed by Elite Coaches and Clinicians with the goal of becoming coaches who could put athletes on the podiums at championship events at what ever level we were coaching.
