  Enthusiastically led an international team of 7 talented individuals alongside a commission of 6 local managers. Directed strategic planning and implementation efforts, fostering a culture of customer-centricity that drove a notable increase in our NPS score. Actively engaged in global decision-making processes, serving as the representative of AIESEC in Slovakia at domestic and international events, while also delivering impactful conferences.Highlights from my tenure with AIESEC in Slovakia during the 17.18 term include:• Oversight of 5 local branches and 2 expansions, overseeing a total membership of approximately 100 individuals.• Successfully executed the 6th edition of our flagship project, Educate Slovakia, engaging 180 primary and high schools, with the involvement of 125 volunteers from 25 countries, predominantly from Brazil, Indonesia, Ukraine, and Turkey.• Pioneered the development and execution of 3 innovative projects, notably Enterprise Slovakia (in collaboration with start-ups) and two volunteer initiatives: Light the Future (fostering discussions on peace, justice, and citizenship) and Green Way (focused on addressing environmental challenges).• Received official recognition as a leadership-centric entity within the global association.
