I have written a number of SQL scripts that have been used to cleanse data and update existing database. Advised on CRM implementation. Used SalesLogix extensively. During this period I created several C# applications notably for exchanging XML data with a remote server and uploaded spreadsheets to SQL Server then analysing the data by looking for matches with data already stored in the database. I also did a lot of importing / exporting of data to /from SQL Server. I also created .NET web applications in C# to compare 2 database tables, this involved writing several stored procedures that were called from within the application, the results were output to an Excel spreadsheet and GridView. Have written applications to extract text from .doc,.docx,,pdf ,.txt files - text added to database and becomes searchable via a Full Text Search. Regular expressions have been used to extract email address from CVs, only CVs with readable email addresses added to database. Highlighting keywords in text is provided following a full-text search of CV. Initial work done on existing applications: Fixed errors in ASP.NET (C#) websites and fixed errors in SQL coding (typically triggers that clash). Integrating and installation of Goldmine with new website and carried out extensive testing. Installing Goldmine SQL Server 2008 and Crystal Reports into new server.
