  In July 2021 my job title was changed in line with the additional responsibilities I had taken on due to the team reducing in size. Alongside the responsibilities mentioned below I am also now responsible for acquiring and managing our University Partners, fundraising platform partners including Roundups and Easyfundraising and social media across the challenges and charity channels. Additionally, I now manage our blog content and fundraising newsletters. In the last few months I have worked closely with another colleague to establish our Alumni Network as well as developing our team leader training for our 2022 intake. In this position I was awarded Highly Commended Outstanding Contribution to Student Fundraising and Dig Deep awarded Charity of the Year at the National Student Fundraising Association awards. Show less As an FSO my main duty was to recruit and support fundraisers across the country who are raising money and will eventually go on to climb Kilimanjaro. During my time in the role I have implemented a comprehensive support schedule including 121 time, drop-in sessions, a fundraising newsletter, a regular blog series called Confessions of a Fundraiser and a monthly webinar series called Challenges Chinwag. Alongside this I have developed a range of resources and our social media channels to reflect the young and vibrant charity that Dig Deep is. Despite switching to a digital marketing recruitment strategy due to Covid, myself and colleague responsible not only hit our recruitment numbers but exceeded them. Furthermore, our 2020-21 intake of fundraisers are staying in line with previous years fundraising totals despite being in lockdown. Show less
