  ◦ Led and collaborated with a diverse team for development of LegacyToNorthstar Connector in Expedia LoyaltyTeam, enabling a seamless migration from the legacy loyalty platform to Northstar, including the rollout of One Key for the US and UK points of sale.◦ Drove a 17.7% increase in daily sign-ins on Expedia.com and an 11.69% increase on Hotels.com, following the successful migration.◦ Engineered and maintained backend services such as Reward Activity APIs, boosting user engagement on the Northstar platform.◦ Actively contributed to the Bug Support Pod, resolving high-priority issues to maintain platform stability.◦ Worked on the onboarding of partners like Walmart and Iceland Air to the Northstar Loyalty Platform, focusingon reconciliation, settlement, and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy for partners.◦ Automated the car clawback reconciliation process, significantly reducing manual effort and improvingefficiency.◦ Currently working on the new initiative to attract more agents on Hotels.com for agency bookings.
