  In BVM Global School, I was handling Lower Kindergarten, which involved teaching children in recognizing and reciting letters and sounds, writing letters of the alphabet, learning nursery rhymes and songs, in recognizing high frequency words, helping them to understand and follow directions and give simple responses. This was incorporated through various skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. Demonstration was given with the usage of real objects, performing actions, using gestures, and facial expressions. Choral Drill, Look and Say Pictorial Illustration, Story Telling and Questioning were a part of teaching practice.Prepared Annual Lesson Plan for Lower Kindergarten across all BVM Global schools for the upcoming academic year 2016 – 2017. Was a part in selecting the books for the Lower Kindergarten across all BVM schools for the academic year 2016 – 2017. Initiated field trips at the preschool level to enhance and facilitate learning process. Prepared the children for Annual day function where children danced in colorful costumes that contributed massively in their confidence development.
