  Reporting to the senior production Operations manager, and leading a team of 44, responsible for running the day-to-day operations and manage the shared services departments of the Paint Finishing and CNC Departments. The teams are responsible for the delivery of multiple parts per program including Composite, Fiberglass and metallics. These vary between 180 Aircraft Components and 260 Components per week and on average 150 Aircraft parts throughput in the Paint Dept.
