      I worked as a merchandiser for the brand 'Coca-Cola' for 2 weeks. My job included merchandising, replenishing of stocks, and engaging with customers. It was a very new and eye-opening experience for me as i managed to learn how to communicate more effectively with different types of customers to help with their needs. I also learnt some basic skills that a merchandiser possess.

      During my internship at Vaniday, I took on diverse responsibilities centered around digital marketing and user experience enhancement. I designed and crafted digital marketing content tailored for clients, ensuring compelling and engaging materials. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation and implementation of Vaniday's Help Portal, streamlining user support processes. I also developed informative guide videos to facilitate merchants' quick and seamless adoption of our software. Moreover, I actively supported merchants in updating their webpages, listings, and promotions, while also contributing to branding initiatives and proposing creative marketing strategies to enhance their brand awareness.
