  The Rise is a training program designed to groom a select few of NBB's high-performing talents into becoming vital drivers of NBB’s strategy and candidates for the Bank’s future leadership. The program, run in partnership with international training consultants, aims to develop the soft and hard skills of the Bank’s young and upcoming Bahraini employees who have demonstrated tremendous passion, commitment and capabilities, grooming them into the next generation of NBB’s leadership.Candidates were shortlisted from over sixty five nominees following a series of assessments, personality and aptitude tests as well as panel interviews conducted by the Bank’s Executive Management.
