  Necdet UYGURER has started his marketing career at the headquarters of Turkish Glassworks Inc., in 1980 and has quickly reached the position of Deputy Corporate Marketing Manager responsible for the entire corporate product design and development affairs of the Turkish Glassworks Group. This was the 3 rd top ranking corporate staff marketing position and he was the youngest of the corporate level deputy managers (directors, after) on the track.Necdet UYGURER had been given primary managerial responsibilities in marketing planning of The Group’s first packaging plant, Cam Is, the cooperation with British Metal Box Group which had made it necessary to take the founding responsibilities of the customer technical services department of Cam Pazarlama, the primary marketing arm of The Group in flat glass business. He managed several new product development and launching projects for tableware product lines which quickly become household generics.An acquaintance with British businesses and, businessmen have later facilitated forming his own consultancy company.
