With over 41 years' experience in hospitals and clinical engineering, there isn't much that I haven't done. I can put this experience to work for you, whether you are an in-house HTM program or a company.In-house departments are already overworked. When they are asked to do even more projects by administration that they don't have time to do, sometimes the best choice it to just pay somebody else to do it - somebody that you can trust to be fair, confidential, and quick. Examine my reputation in the industry. I am a straight shooter, no BS, and very quick to see the underlying issues. I can help you get the projects or studies completed quickly, and without burdening your already overworked department (or yourself). Call me and let's talk about it.For companies, you often have a good product, and good leadership, and good sales people, but translating those into sales to the Biomed community can be tough. What is important to a Biomed? How do you become a Trusted Advisor? What can you do to differentiate your product so that price is no longer the main buying criteria? I have helped talk small local companies to a national presence by helping them understand and tune their sales offerings to the Biomed community. WORD OF CAUTION: I will be interviewing you, also. I will only work with companies whom I believe are upstanding and have a worthy value proposition. I will not help a shoddy company take advantage of Biomed customers by putting "lipstick on a pig".
