  The 'Learn ABC with Tom' (LWT), online English teaching service was born in 2015 and has since enjoyed a steady period of growth with a multitude of successful students. Offering services from basic conversation right through to high-level IELTS preparation, LWT is able to meet all the demands of the modern English language student.As an experienced ESL teaching professional, I bring with me a host of skills that can only be garnered from hands on teaching. These skills have been applied to the LWT online experience to ensure that each student receives a first class service that is purposely tailored to suit their needs.LWT is not restricted by geographical barriers, and operates on a time schedule which means it is convenient to people across the globe. Show less I run a small, private English language teaching service from my home office here in Bangkok, Thailand. LWT English is an online language teaching system that has been built on a wealth of ESL teaching experience. I am a highly seasoned ESL teacher having spent more than 10 years in this field, teaching a variety of students from different age groups, ability levels and educational backgrounds. I have also helped students work towards a diverse selection of goals, from improving general English conversation skills to preparing for their IELTS exam. In addition to my extensive experience, my qualifications include a TEFL certificate, a TESOL certification from the London Teacher Training College and my major with the University of London is English. Since the beginning of my teaching career in 2005, I have worked in, both government and private schools, universities and private language institutions. In 2014, I began making the transition to online teaching which is now my only position. These roles have taught me to work with both small and large groups, prepare progress tests and reports as well as tailoring course structure to suit student needs. My career to date has equipped me with many of the skills required to be a successful English language teacher. When those skills are combined with my love of education, that makes me a suitable candidate to work with students of all shapes and sizes. Show less
