  As an EIM developer I'm in charge with all data migrations when new business units are added and till now we had four data migrations out which two of them were the biggest with cumulated numbers of 16 millions service requests, 12 millions service requests notes, 25 millions service requests attachments and around 45 millions service request activities. Every migration had a master data import action along with the transactional one which included accounts, contacts, assets, groups, assignment skills, etc..Another role is to assist the DEV team with any performance issues that we are encountering during development cycle and together with the DBA we either find a better sql plan or suggest to the development team alternatives to improve the SQL execution.In order to improve the DB performance I had implemented two jobs which are checking the stale stats and refresh them every day together with the COE script which is running once per week.In 2018 there was a need to have a reliable replicated DB to be used by external application with a maximum refresh rate of 15 min and due to cost reduction it had to be build inhouse. For this reason I took this challenge and I've created a job which replicates the data in less than 10 min. In 2021 I've started and lead the DB upgrade project to the latest version (19c) for our Siebel environments(Dev, Stage, Stage, Pre-Prod, FIT and Production) which was finalized in the first semester of 2022 after many hours of intensive load tests and tuning exercises in order to make sure the new DB will perform even better than the old one.Also another role is to create and maintain various jobs which are used to export, import, maintain data integrity within Siebel and integrate Siebel with other application used by the company - like eService user management, Oracle Finance integration, Plan view integration, etc..I'm also in charge of the BI Publisher server maintenance and BIP reports development.
