  Oversee a 26-person team in the training and competency evaluation of over 300 students annually, ranging in experience from entry-level to executive, in all aspects of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control system, and tactical execution of the Tomahawk Land Attack Missile. Liaise with external stakeholders to determine validity of current coursework, conduct formal course reviews, and revise curriculum as necessary to maintain relevance. Manage 4 computer networks consisting of 4 network servers, 38 workstations, 8 switches, and 20 network user accounts. Conduct frequent performance evaluations on 20 subordinate instructors. ✓ Provided tailored instruction to Directors, Deputy Directors, and other executive-level leaders in Strike Warfare, ensuring compliance with the use of this national asset.
