  * Healthtech challenge to help and automate identification of anomalies on clinical trials datasets* More than 30 collaborators from all over the world* Performed research about clinical data* I experimented DBSCAN algorithm to identify anomalies using Python and Scikit-learn* I also worked on visualization of missing data using Python, Matplotlib and MissingNo* The visualizations I developed became a feature on the final API * Computer Vision and agrotech project to distinguish crops from weeds in high resolution images* Collaborators from over 20+ countries* I actively worked on feature generation with OpenCV and Python, using algorithms such as BRIEF, SURF, SIFT and Shi-Tomasi Corner Detection in order to identify keypoints, as well as using channel separation to try to better identify the keypoints.
