      I worked remotely for Pan Agriculture throughout university and was offered a full time position upon graduation. Within this agrochemicals import company, my main role encompasses the journey of a new pesticide from its registration with the Chemicals Regulation Directorate to the marketing and distribution of the final product. My responsibilities with regards to marketing include but are not limited to:• Researching packaging, branding and distribution options for a wide range of briefs• Choosing product names and slogans • Organising promotional competitions and marketing campaigns• Creating marketing literature such as labels, leaflets, artwork for banner stands and display units using Adobe Creative Suite• Website creation, maintenance and content writing• Using Google Analytics to track success of company websites• Registering trademarks with Intellectual Property Office• Applying for parallel import registrations to Chemicals Regulation Directorate• Representing the company, interacting with customers and making sales at agricultural shows• Meeting with suppliers and distributors in the UK and abroad to pitch new products or discuss established projects• Attending industry events, most recently Packaging and Innovation 2015My responsibilities as Personal Assistant to the Director of the firm include but are not limited to:• Answering phones• Order compilation• Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online• Corporate events organisation• Managing the office whilst the director is away on business• Coordinating logistics, often for large international shipments• Diary managementI have also gained valuable experience from specific opportunities:• Co-translating two product labels for French agrochemicals market and liaising with their authorities• Conducting research to strengthen a legal case initiated by my employer, whilst also attending meetings and liaising with our solicitors Show less

      Photography team leader

      Whilst initially employed as a member of the sales team in the photography department, I was quickly promoted due to my continually high sales figures and leadership skills to lead a team who had consistently failed to meet their individual and group targets over a period of 8 months. The team exceeded the given targets in all months that I was team leader. In this role, my responsibilities were:• Managing a team of 15 of various ages and backgrounds in a fast-paced, target-driven role• Dealing with staff sickness/absence/conduct and adjusting rotas• Creating spreadsheets relating to performance for individual team members to feed back to management• Ensuring that myself and my team provide a high level of customer service to all guests• Working to improve staff engagement and cohesion in order to meet targets• Taking responsibility for the entire photo production process whilst supervising sales team• Organising and planning staff social events Show less
