  Production Engineer

  First of production engineer as control of plant from crusher to packing cement. Also classified raw materials, clinker and cement according to values via quality control lab. I planned operation period/cycle and feding ratios of mills. I have monitored production system such as flow rate of fans and blowers or temperature and pressure of cyclones to improve the process. I have came up with ideas for continuos process improvments with the plant structurally and shared those with management with a good business plan to get their buy in for investments. First point of contact to mechanic and electronic maintenance departments to fix defects in process as soon as possible and informed related people to minimize/prevent the downtime. The rotary kiln production type changed by me with direction of chief and manager. In addition, ı was responsible to ensure working in line with Company policy about quality, environment and occupational health and safety within the production plant. Show less

  Senior Production Engineer

  After the experience with VCM production, I was curious to expand my knowledge towards the downstream PVC production process to have a better understanding of the chain. The daily tasks of my role are ensuring smooth production with no hiccups- while monitoring the quality results, increase equipment reliability by planning maintenance activities and monitör energy efficiency per unit product. İn addition, I am involved in product development initatives in order to offer better solutions for customers and prevent complaints after product sales. During the work at the plant, I check the concepts related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety regulations as HSE specilialist as well. I was responsible for vinyl chlorine Monomer (VCM) production process which is used as PVC raw material. PVC is used many sector (pipe &fittings, profiles, tubes, siding, wire, cable, windows, doors, floorings, bootle, packaging, construction, medical, automotive.) I was first point of contact to mechanic, electronic and electric maintenance department to fix defects in the process as soon as possible and informed related people. When process goes turn Around I follow SAP PS maintenance program.During the works at the plant, I check the concepts related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety regulations as HSE specialist. I was responsible for measurements to develop production process such as flow rate, pressure, temperature and reaction kinetics. Show less
