  •Generate invoices (man-hour, expenses, fixed fee, and retention billing) in oracle environment. Handle general administrative duties and complete cash flow forecast. Prepare various reports like un-billed report, aging report, accounts receivables register. Perform cash collection and account reconciliation, work closely with the Credit Department Contacted clients with past-due accounts to formulate payment plans and discuss restructuring options •Cross check invoice accuracy with Personnel Action form and commercial documents before posting them to the client.
