  In this role I was responsible for the worldwide truck parts business. The role encompassed bringing to market a brand new product for Caterpillar, the Cat Vocational Truck. While launching a new product and ensuring parts and service support in North America the role also was responsible for the truck engine parts business which, when I took the role was a declining business. During my tenure we enjoyed record parts sales for the truck engine business and 100% growth year over year of truck parts sales. Additionally, in this role I launched a new business venture for Caterpillar, the Aftermarket Truck Parts business, which encompassed buying and selling non-Cat parts for non-Cat trucks. I led the strategic project to launch the business and grew the business sales to ensure this was a critical strategic initiative for the Cat truck business. Show less
