Initiated a 5-year capital improvement plan and implement each project’s priority based on severity, size and available funding. Because of a slightly fluctuating schedule staff is managed accordingly. Manage computerized preventative maintenance program. Availability for 24 hour emergency response as required. Maintain full control of annual operating budget.• Drinking Water treatment processes include pH adjustment, flocculation, sedimentation, mixed media rapid filtration, pH adjustment, chlorine disinfection & SCADA controls. Continually supervise water quality on a daily basis and through required regulating agency protocols.• Distribution System responsibilities include cross connection program, pressure reducing valves, metering reading, semi-annual flushing, and standpipe storage tanks.
