  Certified Protocol Manager with 6 years of experience with the USAF and Army, serving all levels of management from event coordinators to the highest level of senior military leadership. Lead team of four protocol NCO in performing protocol operations to support sixteen General Officers/Senior Executives and 1386 AFSPC personnel. Advises leadership and provides policy guidance in the execution of proper protocol; develops, coordinates and directs plans for official events such as changes of command, promotions, retirements, retreat ceremonies as well as conferences, anniversary balls and annual award banquets. Protocol Lead for six AFSPC Commander’s Conferences; two of which were at a geographically separated facilities; involved in all logistical planning aspects of the conference from event books, place cards, table tents, lodging, and seating. Organized 4 Star General Joint Task Force Bravo Change of Command; Honduran Ambassador and Minister of Defense attended, USSOCOM Commander praised leadership and flawless execution of event. Responsible for the ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of food with an inventory value of $350K, to provide supply support for 95 facility managers and chef personnel at fifteen missile alert facilities.Develops lesson plans, maintains training documentation and ensures training completion for 110 facility managers and chefs in three Squadrons.
