  This is my first job after I graduated from my university.I handled and arranged hotel reservation from customers and room services. I take care and responsible guest relationship officer for especially Japanese guests. Besides My boss and manager are Japanese and they can speak only Japanese. So sometimes when they want to communicate with guests or hotel staffs , I translated for them. I assist to Manager and solve the problem together for rental office and restaurants which are rented from hotel and these are located in hotel compound.As my first job , I had got so many work experiences in there. And this work helped me to develop my Japanese and English languages skill and know well about Japanese people working style. Show less

  I joined Textile department which are mainly connected with Japanese buyer because I want to learn Japanese business style in here.My Daily tasks in there are that inform to Buyer side if there has any problem in their orders which are making in local garment factories, translate Sewing instruction from Buyer side and inform to Factories, communicate and listen problems from factories and monitor to Daily QC reports and report to Manager and Head office.And also I was handling to arrange and check about Export and Import documents.Sometimes I need to visit the garment factory with the buyer customers and technician who were come to Myanmar.In this role ,I worked with Management team and local garment factories . So I get a lot of knowledge about Japanese garment business. Show less

  After I passing the JLPT N2 level ,I joined garment industry again. Same as the previous work , I support the working processes of the Export & Import between Japan side and local side,translate the sewing instruction and interpreter for Japanese and European clientsand check and review the daily report which come from factory and to report to Head office from Japan.There has not much differences from previous works. But I worked and communicated with Japanese and European buyer sides . I learned and got knowledge about Japanese garment business and European Business in Myanmar. Show less

  I have the experiences about Japanese business culture and information after I worked at some Japanese companies Myanmar. I want to try to learn more and want another strong professional skill. So I joined MAB Japanese Business Department and I started my challenges journey.My mainly responsible jobs are that I support the Japanese Executive Vice President and resolving together customer’s problems and complaints, have to build strong customer relationship and take care of customer service for Japanese Business Customers and provide services to the customers and researched about the clients needs.I also take the responsible in finding out related solution regarding the customer inquiries and deal with investments and new accounts everyday.I still learning a lot in this banking and finance industry and I hope to get again a lot of experiences and knowledge about Japanese Business in Myanmar and Money market of Myanmar. This project is support Oxygen concentrator to the staff and their family, friends and relatives and local charity associations.I'm happily working to support this project in a part of the team.
