  As Sustainability Manager I work to drive JDE’s corporate sustainability agenda aligned with company business goals. I manage activities within selected coffee and tea origins, namely farmer field projects with suppliers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders taking into account the realities on the ground. It is part of my role to build effective pre-competitive partnerships, in close collaboration with the Global Sustainability team and with the Coffee and Tea sourcing team. As an advocate for JDE, I foster connections with coffee-related organizations and represent the company in local consortia, research institutions, and coffee industry federations. Aiming to maximize the projects' output and deliver impact at origin I operationalize the Monitoring & Evaluation database for all projects implemented and undertake the collection and management of data and reporting.
