By offering guidance and support, I ensure coaches feel confident and prepared to navigate the challenges and responsibilities of their role to make sure every camper receives the highest quality experience possible. As a camp coach and staffer, I aim to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for children through various group activities. I actively engage with campers and maintain open communication while empowering them to grow, learn and thrive. Through fostering positive relationships, providing guidance and support and encouraging creativity, I strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of campers and their families.

My goal was to ensure that the website was visually appealing and provided valuable information.

I also contributed to brainstorming creative article angles to present to writers.
