      UI/UX at DBS bank’s Enterprise Data Platform - ADA (Advancing DBS with AI), an end-to-end data platform (Paas) providing capabilities across data ingestion, governance, security, storage, compute, visualisation and more, with scalable and cloud-ready integrated tools. - Currently in a shared agile team that services the frontend development and UX for over 24+ data and AI-related applications within the bank's enterprise data platform for multiple user groups across different markets and business / tech units- Collaborated with developers and multiple stakeholders to understand complex data workflows and business use cases, translating them into intuitive user interfaces- Shaped and worked on the user experience and interfaces of over 10+ data and AI-related applications with frequent feature updates and BAUs- Advocated and rolled out the standardization of UX and UI interfaces, that align with enterprise design language systems (DLS) and accessibility guidelines through stakeholder buy-in, design audit and UI refactoring.- Drive customer journey workshops with users to discover their pain points, facilitated solution ideation and drafting of roadmaps with business and tech leads, for more user-driven outcomes and impact across the department- Took part in my shared team's project management - led quarterly prioritization with stakeholders across all applications and team stand-ups.
