  Training with Tudawe Brothers at Premier Pacific International - Luxury Apartment complex at Colombo -07 was a my first Internship and first experience at a construction site. With the one year training period I was able cover many of the structural experience in 12 storied building and finishing work experience as well in the later part of the training period.Due to the quality out put the building won the best construction award for the relevant Year.   In my Final Training session I was able to handle two housing projects under Kelsey homes. One was at Dehivala and other was at Rajagiriya. It was a different experience handling housing projects with different contractors. Further experienced handling different clients too.

  Main Contractor was the Taisei-Mitsubishi joint venture and we were a main sub contractor, Handled structural and finishing work at D1 area, Terminal building and other related areas which were renovated. Gained valuable experience during the period while working with the foreign Architects, Engineers, Consultants & Contractors.

  Manager Premises

  Premises Manager is responsible for maintaining all company premises, buildings and building services. Premises Manager should ensure that the buildings and services are fulfilled up to the standards for maximum efficiency and provide a safe and healthy working environment, while minimizing the environmental impact due to its performance. As the Premises Manager, I'm responsible for maintaining the City Office building and 100+ branches, yards, Show rooms including the Buildings and Services. Premises Unit has a core responsibility to support the business of the organization. Further, the role of Premises Manager makes sure that the organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees, customers, and their activities. Playing my role as the Premises Manager, I’m involving in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises, in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical streams.
