  Seagrill Restaurant is located near the pool and Beach and therefore it usually attracted alot of guests.Mostly Seafoods but also steaks and succulent Angus burgers.It was an eye opener for me in the sense that it as my first time dealing with seafood.I came to understand different cuts of sashimi, how to serve and recommend what kind of fishto who and the pairing of wine if need be.I also was doing some service in the pool and beach and the diversity of everything was just magnificent.All in all i learned how to be a better hospitable character in this dynamic world of Food and Beverage.   A three Michelin Star Restaurant in the Fine Dining division.Here i learned more about details and guest satisfaction is the key to proper service.I learned also more about wine and the different pairings and how you can easily recommenda specific wine to a wine lover without necessarily relying o the sommelier.   Ruya is a modern twist of Anatolian cuisine (some people prefer to say Turkish Cuisine).It's a semi fine dining restaurant and has a variety of different items on the menu includingthe famous ca kebabs and the Cheese Pide.Being a Senior requires one's ability to know your guest and have an intimate connection as to what he or she wants to have the best experience ever.I love up selling as its the key to make money and to recommend something extra that will havean impact on the guest experience.Overall maintaining standards and follow ups is also key to being a better you.   This is a restaurant located on the rooftop of Dubai Opera building.Sean Connolly is the name of it after the Celebrity Chef, Sean Connolly.Here i did get to learn more about the New Zealand cuisine, mostly Steaks and Seafood.The wine variety on the menu is also majority of New Zealand and Australia, not forgetting the selection of beers and signature drinks.
