I had four team leaders working with me, each one holding a group of fifteen sales advisors, and three back office assistants. My job was to keep everything together reporting directly to the manager and the client. I worked with a CRM system customised by my self and with trade reports created by me to match every single aspect of the campaign. I was in charge of the manager's agenda and to help her to develop new electronic tools to measure business and team efficiency
