In thehydro and armadillo i am a trained bar Team leader, working events in these venues has given me theexperience and developed skills to ensure that the tasks at hand are completed while coping underpressure as nights can be as busy as 13,000 people. As a Team leader I have gained the skills on trainingstaff, dealing with problems when they occur and overall leading my team to success.
